DELIVERY DETAILS ALLTOOLS WA INFORMATION
Alltools WA engages the services of 3rd party couriers, who may change the fee or conditions of their services without informing us.
Please note that some couriers may enforce their COVID-19 proceedures which can effect our Estimated Delivery Date. Also they may continue to waiver the need for a signature on delivery, allowing them to deliver your parcel at the door without contact.
THE COST:
Freight costs are calculated on weight and or volume, and distance-location. All freight charges are calculated with our store in Bayswater, Western Australia, as the dispatch point.
The requirement of a tail lift at the receivers location, to off load your purchase, may incure an additional fee.
Shipping dangerous goods (cordless tool batteries as an example), when possible, may incure an additional fee.
PERTH METRO Deliveries
Parcel deliveries up to 25kg and less than 1.8m are $20
Pallet deliveries up to 1 tonne and within 1.1m x 1.1m x 1m are $60
Pallet deliveries over 1 tonne, or overhanging a 1.1m x 1.1m pallet, or requiring multiple pallets are TBA.
WESTERN AUSTRALIAN REGIONAL Deliveries
Zone 1 locations
Parcel deliveries up to 25kg and less than 1.8m are $20
Zone 2 locations
Parcel deliveries up to 25kg and less than 1.8m are $20
Zone 3 locations
Parcel deliveries up to 25kg and less than 1.8m are $22.50
Zone 4 locations
Parcel deliveries up to 25kg and less than 1.8m are $25
Zone 5 locations
Parcel deliveries up to 25kg and less than 1.8m are $40
NON WA METRO Deliveries
ADELAIDE:
Parcel deliveries up to 10kg and less than 1.2m are $30
Parcel deliveries between 10kg and 20kg and less than 1.2m are $35
BRISBANE:
Parcel deliveries up to 10kg and less than 1.2m are $30
Parcel deliveries between 10kg and 20kg and less than 1.2m are $50
CANBERRA (all ACT):
Parcel deliveries up to 10kg and less than 1.2m are $30
Parcel deliveries between 10kg and 20kg and less than 1.2m are $45
DARWIN and ALICE SPRINGS:
Parcel deliveries up to 10kg and less than 1.2m are $40
Parcel deliveries between 10kg and 20kg and less than 1.2m are $70
HOBART (and non remote Tasmania):
Parcel deliveries up to 10kg and less than 1.2m are $33
Parcel deliveries between 10kg and 20kg and less than 1.2m are $55
MELBOURNE:
Parcel deliveries up to 10kg and less than 1.2m are $30
Parcel deliveries between 10kg and 20kg and less than 1.2m are $37.50
SYDNEY:
Parcel deliveries up to 10kg and less than 1.2m are $30
Parcel deliveries between 10kg and 20kg and less than 1.2m are $40
NON WA REGIONAL Deliveries
Freight on all deliveries to locations deemed as REGIONAL OUTSIDE OF WA will be calculated on a case by case basis.
REMOTE or VERY REMOTE Deliveries
Freight on all deliveries to locations deemed as REMOTE or VERY REMOTE will be calculated on a case by case basis and may require alternative arrangements to be made.

THE TIME FRAME:
PERTH METRO locations delivered next business day (Mon-Friday) from the day of dispatch.
WESTERN AUSTRALIAN REGIONAL locations approximately 3 to 5 business days (Mon - Friday) from the day of dispatch.
NON - WESTERN AUSTRALIAN METRO locations approximately 7 to 10 business days (Mon - Friday) from the day of dispatch.
NON - WESTERN AUSTRALIAN REGIONAL locations approximately 10 to 14 business days (Mon - Friday) from the day of dispatch.
REMOTE and VERY REMOTE locations are case by case.
Please note that the time ranges above are approximate and may be effected by conditions outside of Alltools or our couriers control.
THE CONDITIONS:
Alltools WA can arrange delivery to anywhere in Australia.
International delivery is not available.
Most couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Locked Bags, Private Bags, Private Lockers, Aus Post Parcel Collect Addresses or Parcel Lockers.
Most couriers will not handle Dangerous Goods deliveries, special arrangments may need to be made to ship your purchase.
Delivery time is between 8:30am and 5pm weekdays (Mon-Friday) - excluding public holidays and can not be arranged in advance.
THE TRACKING:
Once your order has been collected from dispatch by the courier, you will receive an email containing a tracking link for your order. Proof of delivery (POD) is available on request.
Should you have any questions about the transit of your order once it has been despatched please contact the courier directly as supplied in your tracking link.
Please note some couriers utilise independent contractors & 3rd parties for remote areas, the tracking updates may fail to update, although the goods are still in transit.
