• Perth Metro: Parcels up to 25kg cost $20; pallet deliveries start at $60.
• WA Regional: Costs vary by zone, starting at $20 for parcels up to 25kg.
• Other States: Delivery fees differ by city and weight, e.g., $30–$50 for parcels under 20kg.

Delivery Timeframes:

• Perth Metro: Next business day.
• WA Regional: 3–5 business days.
• Other Metro Areas: 7–10 business days.
• Remote areas: Calculated case by case.

Conditions:

Delivery times are weekdays only and depend on courier availability. Some restrictions apply, such as no deliveries to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Currently, Alltools WA ships products only within Australia. For international customers, please contact the tool supplier directly or check for local distributors.

Returns Policy:

• Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase, reason for return, and contact details.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Unwanted or Incorrect Purchases:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if the product is unused, in brand-new condition, and in its original packaging.
• Shipping costs for incorrect purchases are at the customer’s expense.

Refunds and Store Credit:

• Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving returned items and are issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
• Refunds exclude shipping costs and are subject to inspection.

Warranty:

Manufacturer warranties apply to Australian residents only, with proof of purchase required. Warranty claims can be handled through authorised service agents.
